When log into ATO, I get this error:

I have been getting similar errors since last year, but I didn't think much of it. Also tried Safari and Google Chrome to no avail.

Since you've experienced this issue across both Safari and Google Chrome, you might also want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or use the keyboard shortcut 'Ctrl + F5' on Windows or 'command + R' on Mac to refresh the page properly.


If the problem continues after you've tried these steps, you'll need to contact us directly. When you do, make sure you have your error code ready, as this will help work out what's happening.
