Currently trying to set up our superannuation requirements in preparation for the PayDay Super changes.

Previously we have used the ATO clearing house and had no problems with paying to Qudos Bank RSA for employees who have chosen this for their superannuation payments.

Now we are finding the ReckonOne and Beam do not recognise RSAs because they are not a APRA super fund or a SMSF.

After contact with Qudos and receiving the ABN and USI these are still not registering in the system.

Is there something different to be done for RSAs?

Hi @FelicityB,


Retirement Savings Accounts (RSA) function in the same way as APRA‑regulated super funds under SuperStream, and should work with most compliant clearing houses.


If your clearing house isn’t accepting the RSA details, it’s best to check directly with your provider, as this is likely due to how their system supports or validates RSAs rather than an issue with the RSA itself.
