Looking online I am of the opinion that the car allowance I am paid, $12K annually is considered OTE (Ordinary Time Earnings). This allowance is paid as a flat rate and the information I am reading would deem that the employer should pay Superannuation on this. I have been paid this allowance for approx. 15 years. Do I have a case to ask the employer to pay Super and backpay Super?
