Hi there,


I have been provided RAM authorisation for a few businesses and the type of authorisation i can see in RAM is "Authorisation administrator".


But when ever I log into ATO Business portal into one of the entities I am unable to see any details. The only thing I can see is the main page which shows any O/S lodgements but I cannot see any options under the Tabs "Accounts and Payments", "Lodgements", "Communications", "Profile".


The person who gave me the authorisation can see all of this stuff. Not sure what is happening and how can I fix this.


MyGov ID indentity strength is Strong if that makes any difference.

Hello @MrV,


Having authorisation administrator access in RAM means you can manage access for others, but it doesn’t automatically give you full access to all areas in Online services for business. Your myID strength wouldn't be the issue.


To see details in tabs like accounts and payments, lodgments, communications, and profile, you need extra permissions.


These permissions must be set by a principal authority (like a responsible authority or associate) using Access Manager. Once they update your permissions, you’ll be able to access the areas you need.


You’ll need to contact the person who authorised you and ask them to update your permissions in Access Manager.
