I left Australia last year around September but I worked for a few months before leaving Australia. Now, I want to manage my tax returns / refunds (file for this year and a few months deduction) since I was not considered tax resident for this tax year and also apply for DASP.
However, I am no longer able to login to ATO (ATO record locked) and myID is basic strength (cannot upgrade since my Australia visa is no longer active). When trying to submit DASP application, I also receive.
