Hello, we have had this problem for over a year now with no resolve. When we call the agent line from our office landlines, we get as far as entering our agent number and the #, It asks a couple of times for the info again before saying the number you have entered is incorrect and then disconnecting the call. We have reported this before using practice mail but have had no response. Its works fine from our mobiles which has been the workaround but isn't always practical. Can someone get in touch about resolving this please.
