I am having some issues with my tax returns for the period 1 July 2001 through to 30 June 2007.

Specifically I require my MediBank Private insurance details quoted on the earlier returns.

Would the ATO be able to provide me, through my tax agent, with a copy of the returns for the years end 30 June 1999 and 30 June 2000 or as a minimum the MediBank Private Number.

MediBank Private is not co-operating and I live overseas so contact companies directly and over the phone is difficult and expensive when you introduce extended wait times

That should be possible. Your tax agent should be able to request the documents
