My residency country does have a tax treaty.
Done a lot of research and don't believe I would have a PE in Australia.
No office, no employees or agents. The only issue is that I have an Australian legal practising certificate which requires a mailing address - I do have that which is scan to email. I also do not visit Australia for any client meetings or work.
Would it be worth applying for a private ruling to get some clarity about my situation?
