I initially created an Australian Super account, into which a company started depositing funds. Then, without me doing anything, I think they transferred money to another account. I assume that's what happened because the first account only shows the money from my first two payslips. The other payslips still show the amount that should go to Super, so I don't know if they simply haven't deposited the rest or if they've deposited it into another account (the one shown on my ATO). And I can't check the balance in the second account because I can't log in.

Hi @baptiste,

You can check both your Australian Super accounts and any other super accounts through ATO online services. This shows all your super accounts and their balances, including the account your employer is currently contributing to.

Funds report balances at certain times of the year, so the balance shown may differ from your current balance. It’s best to also access your super fund directly for the most up-to-date balance and transactions.

If you can't log in to your second super account directly with the fund, you may just need to register for online access.

Your first step is to check your super accounts through ATO online services to confirm where your employer contributions are going. If the amounts look incorrect or you're missing contributions, contact your employer first to request an update.

You can also use the Estimate my super tool to calculate what your employer should be paying.
