Next steps when a super payment is returned to business account?

Hi,

We normal made superpayment on the payday from 6 months ago. But do not know the reason employee super return to my business account.

I requested my employee to fix with the super company and correct the information. But he not fixed properly.

What can I do to prevent SGC for the late payment? Any one can help.
