The instructions on what to do with this error can be found on our troubleshooting page under unable to login. The error you're receiving generally means that you have either had extra security added to your account due to previously reported identity theft, fraud or data breach. Normally in these instances if you require access ATO Online Services you would have to contact us to remove the restriction for a set period of time so you can lodge your obligations.
