My employer is providing equity (company shares - US listed) as part of salary. These share get vested each year. I understand that these shares value will be counted as my Income.

When do I need to pay taxes on vested shares? As soon as they vest or with my tax return?

Employer should provide details of tax for your particular employee share scheme.
