Is there anything that could be interfering with receiving my income statment to my account?

My employer submitted my income statement to the ATO, however, I have not received it on my end in order to process my tax return. We have double, triple checked all the details. I have tried entering the information manually from a pdf copy supplied by my employer but it just bounces back as nil income and nil tax paid.
