My employer submitted my income statement to the ATO, however, I have not received it on my end in order to process my tax return. We have double, triple checked all the details. I have tried entering the information manually from a pdf copy supplied by my employer but it just bounces back as nil income and nil tax paid.

Hey @Panda99,
Has your employer correctly reported your pay using their single touch payroll?
Have they submitted an end of year pay event?
If they're having trouble using their software and reporting correctly, they will need to contact their software provider for help.
