The "DR" relates to debit and is the amount you owe. You can take a look at our information on payment plans if you need help paying off the full amount, we can help you set up a manageable plan.

No it looks like a refund.
This line:
EFT refund for Income Tax for the period from 01 Jul 22 to 30 Jun 23
3×××.00 dr
shows this amount has left your tax account and refunded via electronic funds transfer. The dr just indicates its a deduction from your tax account, meaning its being taken out.
The left over balance is $0.00 which means your account is all square and nothing owing.
