Anyone has had any success solving this error code problem when trying to access ATO? I didn't find the other forums of any help. Tried everything that has been suggested and nothing worked. I don't have hours to spare to call ATO and be on hold. I have a baby that only naps for 30 minutes max so I'm time poor and exhausted. Please any way to fix this problem without the need to ring ATO? Thanks in advance

You can still access your records, but we will need to prove your identity before they are assessable to you.
