You're right if you referring to unpaid super that was paid to us. Then you're entitled interest into your super account. I'm assuming you would of lodge an unpaid super employee notification form with us originally. I would follow up with our superannuation area (https://www.ato.gov.au/About-ATO/Contact-us/).
