I would like to purchase multiple properties via SMSF, without getting a loan.
I've read through a related question: Can an existing Bare Trust be used to purchase a second commercial property? | ATO Community. But it seems the question/answers are revolving around the loan-specific scenario.
In my case, I do NOT want to get a loan. I would just outright buying multiple properties through my SMSF.
Now, it begs the questions:
- Can I just use the current (and the only one) trust for the superfund for MULTIPLE properties?
- What is the recommended trust structure it should be for my case? Do I need to create dedicated trust for EVERY property? Or it's all good reusing the same one.
