During this year I became a PR, it happened in April but the application was done in November.
When I am filling my tax return, in the section for medicare levy, what is the period that I am exempt from the full 2%?
Is it from July to November or July to April?

You can enrol in Medicare from the date when you applied for permanent residency, so that would mean you were only exempt from July to November.
