Hi @Daisy_Mae,
If your regulation details have been removed. This generally happens if your annual returns are 2 weeks overdue.
Once you lodge your overdue annual returns, your regulation details will be updated on either the:
- first day of the month
- 15th calendar day of the month, or
- first business day after these dates.
