I'm encountering Error 22 in the ATO portal when attempting to process the superannuation using the Small Business Superannuation Clearing House. I've tried different browsers, but I'm still getting the same error. Just to note, I only have basic access with my myGovID.
Could you please advise on how to resolve this error and proceed with making the payment?

Once you've upgraded your strength from basic, give it another go. We believe it relates the Basic strength and or permissions.

Generally, this error occurs due to an issue with your access and permissions for the business.
Having basic myGovID access may limit what you can do you as well. Is there any way you can obtain standard or strong strength?
At the time you get this error. What function are you specifically trying to use within the SBSCH? i.e., adding new employee
