How long did your FHSS Release take to hit your bank account?

I did a FHSS release request on the 16th of August. It was processed by my super within 3 days and sent to ATO. Still have not received it. When I called up the person on the phone said it takes 5 days. Then when I called up after that another person said it actually takes 25 days.

My question is: how long did your release request take from the moment you processed the release on the ATO website to actually receiving your funds into your bank account?

Who do you reach out to to check on the transaction? Whenever I call up to check they just tell me to wait and won't tell me the status of my request. It's an extremely opaque process which makes it hard. I have read questions on this forum of users not receiving their funds for months!
