My partner and I are having a really tough time with the cost of living increases and house payments. Is there a way to slightly decrease the amount of tax I pay each fortnight to put a bit more money back into our pocket to help us get through?

Many taxpayers are in the same position, but shorting tax now will only result in a tax bill at year end.
