Yes, you can use the same ABN for all those business activities (assuming you're a sole trader). You can register a business name, and if you need to, it is possible to have multiple business names registered to the same ABN.

Nope, you're not required to have a business name, it's your choice. You will be fine as you are as a sole trader operating the ABN under your name.
