I have been investing in ETF, which produces income for me. I use a couple of subscription-based software to manage my investments. E.g.: Sharesight, ProjectionLab. Can I claim the cost of those subscriptions as deductions while filing my income tax?

Yes there are provisions to claim deductions for digital product expenses for earning income. You will need to check that you meet the requirements for the deductions and also you will need to apportion accordingly depending on the use of those products.

Yes - if the expense has sufficient connection to the income being received.
