Are you able to recover it using a MyGovID or is it possible to set up a new one using a different email address and relinking to us?
If you don't have any access at all then you may be able to have a registered agent lodge on your behalf or maybe provide you with the information you need. You may also be able to use the last pay slip you received for the year or is it possible to contact your employer and see if they can give you the details.

I can't access any of this options. I want to apply for my tax return by myself.can u please ask ato to post or email it to my updated address. The last date of filing tax return is 31st October 2023.

We can only give you general guidance. We cannot access or send account specific information. @AnitaATO has advised if you can contact your employer, they may be able to send you a copy of your income statement.
There is a copies of tax documents request that you may find helpful.
You can also download or request a paper tax return from the publication ordering service.
I am looking for my group certificate and my total tax withheld by post in paper form. I don't have any other option.i have moved to overseas permanently. No, there isn't an email address that we can provide you with to address your situation. Emails aren't a secure way for us to communicate we can't guarantee your privacy.

Are you trying to open the document by clicking on the link on the Copies of tax document page? If so, that's why it's not opening, Check out the process here to save the document in order to use it.
