I heard some people saying that we do not need to pay tax for the income we earn from NDIS to give care to people with disability. Is there any tax exemption on disability support income?

Hi Sanjstha,

It sounds like those people may be slightly confused. You do need to include all your income that you earn working as a community support worker within your tax return. If you have a read through this link it may help you understand a little more how to handle your income and what type of expenditure you can include as deductions.

Thanks for your service as a DSP worker

Thanks Brad
