I cannot access MyTax to lodge. I receive "Error PAB.DE.0002". I have previously lodged online without issue. Computerised assistant is no help and wait times on phone help exceed my lunch break period. Please someone give some advice.

The error you're receiving can mean that you have extra security on your account. Have you been part of any security breaches that would require extra security?


You will need to speak to us to get further assistance with accessing your MyGov account. There may be further checks they need to do first. Check out the troubleshooting info on our website.
