I have balance of X amount of CR. When I click 'Pay' it asks for my debit/credit card or BPay details. I put in my card details and followed the prompts it. and Ato tooks my money from my card, I thougt that money i have to pay. can i get refund????? what should I do...
Don't worry @Doye! We can get that reversed.
If your account is showing a credit (CR) you can submit a refund request online.
Once you're logged into your ATO Online account select Tax > Accounts > Refund request.

I can't find any of 'Transfer request or Refund request' option 😫... my transaction is still pending ...
