Early release of super on financial hardship grounds, if I have not lodged a tax return for last year yet, does that affect it??

Hi @Nat123,
When you look at accessing super under compassionate release for severe financial hardship. You may be able to withdraw some of your super if you are experiencing severe financial hardship. Access on grounds of severe financial hardship is not administered by the ATO. You need to contact your super provider to request access due to severe financial hardship.
There are still eligibility criteria that you will need to meet.
