I lived in Australia as a permanent resident from 2007 to 2008. It's now more than 15 years I left the country. The visa I had expired in 2011. I have a superannuation balance and I would like to know if I can withdraw it. If so, please let me know how to do it (from abroad).

Not sure if I understood the content correct, but they mention "temporary visa", whereas I had a permanent resident visa. Am I eligible for DASP even had been a permanent resident ?
