How can my two nondependent son's avoid tax on my super after my death? Should they be listed as "Binding Beneficiaries" in my Super or "Personal Legal Representative" so it goes via my will/estate and they receive it via the estate?

Not sure if it makes a difference on the above for avoiding tax or do I need to go through super fund to transfer portions into another account to avoid non dependents paying tax on part of their inheritance.

and they receive it via the estate?

Then the estate would be taxed the same amount, but not M Levy.

The only way that no tax would be paid = get all money out of super before death.
