Refinance cashout and cashback - ppor

I refinanced my ppor home loan and received a 4K cashback and also cashed out 10k, both were then used for personal use (paid off bills etc).

Where do I put this 4k and 10k in my tax return?

Other income? Capital gains or losses?

Main residence if not income earning. Not assessable income. Don't declare on tax return.
