As a result, I am currently without income and unable to work due to severe anxiety attacks when interacting with strangers. Hi @Joro2016,

If you’ve applied online the turnaround time to assess your eligibility is 14 days. We’ll send you an SMS or a letter to your myGov inbox letting you know the outcome of your application.

If your application is successful, we’ll also send a copy of the approval letter straight to your super fund. You’ll need to contact them directly to release your super. They can also let you know how long it will take to transfer you the funds.

For extra help in the meantime, check out AskIzzy. It’s a fantastic resource for things like mental health support and emergency funds.

Good luck with your application, let us know if you need any more help. 💛
