We have a number of non-citizens (who do not have Australian Passport), unable to obtain "strong" MyGov ID. However, after 13 November 23, they must have strong Mygov Id to be able to nominate their Tax/Bas Agent. How can they do so?

Hello @HuongBui,

We are aware that some individuals may have trouble and our teams are actively prepping for this change. As we are still a few weeks out from that date you will most likely see an update to the nomination page on our website explaining what the options are for individuals that can't meet this requirement. I would check that page the week before that date and there should be an updated process for people having trouble.
