I have lost access to mygovid. I had set it up on another device that I no longer have access to and I cannot login to my new device with my details and passport. I require a reset on my account please.

Hi @mlong,


If you're trying to set up MyGovID again on a new device.


Try uninstalling then reinstalling the app then select I am existing user. Enter your myGovID email address you had on the old device and re-verify your identity documents you used previously.


Check out myGovID help under the heading Managing your myGovID for more information and what to do next if you're receiving a particular error code.
