Are these two documents mandatory when we do the SMSF Audit?
Title Search & Rollover Statement
Especially when we have a property purchase contract and a forwarding declaring the rollover by the trustee.

Hi @alauddin
Technically it is up to your auditor to decide what evidence they need to meet the standards. But the short answer is YES.
Regarding the Title Search.
The ATO has made it clear to SMSF auditors that they expect to see recent a title search on file. (Also to check if any registered borrowing against the property)
Regarding the rollover form.
This is generally considered to be a mandatory audit document and it covers a lot of audit areas.
