Had to unlink ATO from my gov due to server_error. Now need to relink but need 2 shared secrets. I have bank details and should have notice of assessment but they were in ATO and couldn't collect them due to server_error. Now I need the assessments for 2 shared secrets but have hit this roadblock. Please help

Could you try using a pay as you go (PAYG) payment summary issued in the last 2 years?
Have a read of the information you can use to link and see if any of these options will work for you.
If you tried to answer the 2 questions but don't have the required information to link, you will need to get a linking code to link.

Where do I access PAYG payment summary documents if I cant access the ATO?

If you do not have any of your PAYG payment summaries or don't know what your gross income is, you will have to select a different question.
If you can't answer the second question because you don't have any information to the questions, you will need to get a linking code to link.
My employer doesn't share them with their employees. It goes straight to the ATO

The employers have the obligation to send them to us, yes, but they also have the obligation to provide one to you if you request. You'll need to call for the linking code to be able to connect if other items aren't able to be used.
