Hi, thank you so much for answering my question.
i have never had my business linked in ram before. bbut i was able to get on to someone from the ATO by phone this morning at 2 seconds past 8.00. We were on the phone for more than 45 mins but still did not resolve it. She said that because ram had accepted me as a principal authirity i should be able to get in and add a abn for my business, but it keeps rejecting me and saying "STRONG IDENTITY STRENGTH REQUIRED". So she sent me an authorisation code to add which i did but it then said, YOU ALREADY HAVE A PRINCIPAL AUTHORITY and wouldnt allow it.
So the only suggestion she said was to reinstall my credentials on MyGov id again, and try again! What a shamozzle!. You think i was taking money out not paying the govt their tax!
The only good thing was that because i pay electronically i have 2 weeks, until the 27th of this month to lodge. So can you make heads or tails of this?
regards..Mitchell.

Hey @Nitroburner1000,
It sounds like you won't need to worry about RAM as you are already linked as principal authority and to your business. (can you see your business after you click on your name in RAM?) Is the authority in RAM and your MyGovID email addresses the same, or is the current PA attached to a previous email?
If emails match, you can try to logon to Online services for business portal with your MyGovID details and it should take you to your business portal.
