Hello, I have been on hold for while now. However, it is now past 6pm (when phones close) and I was wondering if my call will be answered or if I’m in a loop and won’t be answered?

This does depend on the number you contact as different departments have different operating hours.
Generally, most departments close at 6pm. You can check the numbers on our contact us page for specific times 😊
