I would like to know if I need to declare some rental income. I have a granny flat on my property that family were renting for about 10 weeks. I have checked the ato literature and it only describes board and lodging. This was separate living in a granny flat and the rent was below market value. Thank you.

@Taxduck thank you for those links! Those situations were people living in the house with them, not in a granny flat on their property. There are no shared spaces except the laundry which is detached from the main house.
