Superannuation member with a Permanent Incapacity Condition of release. Member exited the fund rollover into to a different super fund prior to payment of TPD proceeds.


A new account was established for the member and TPD proceeds were paid into a new account after he had exited the fund.


Can you confirm the eligible service date is the date of the new account opening.

If there was a rollover, then the ESD = ESD shown on rollover statement.
