Our practice sent a client the ATO instructions to log into Online Services for Business in order to nominate us as the agent (https://onlineservices.ato.gov.au/business/).
The client told me it just gives him the error message "Site cannot be reached, check internet connection". He tried again later on but same issue.
I then had a client call up and ask why they are able to get onto OSfB via the same link, getting the same error message. This client said she has been trying for four days, and when she called the ATO, two different operators were not able to answer her.
As a note, if try to log in via that link, it works fine.
Is there an issue with Online Services for Business? I can't see any scheduled maintenance. Alternatively, is there a different way I can try get these clients to log in?
