A client pays "sign on' bonuses. part one when they sign the contract, part 2 after 6-12 month. Is there super on that type of bonus?

Ok, so bonuses that relate to an individuals ordinary hours are superable. If it's clear, the bonus isn't related then it's not. You'd need to look at the nature of both bonuses and go from there. We go into more detail in our ruling - check out bonuses.
