ATO has restricted my access to mygov and its over a year. i have spoken to them 4 times and each time i’m given 48 hours access and then disabled again. I have asked the representative to take the restriction but nobody helped me 4 times. Can someone please suggest me what to do?

Hello @Naeemgul,

The extra security that is added to someone's account is usually for a reason. For instance if you have had fraudulent access to your account or potentially you have had your details compromised. This restriction is added by the Client Identity Support Centre and they are the best people to discuss this with. Normally the restriction stays on the account and as you have explained you call us to have the restriction removed for a period of agreed time.
