Thank you for your prompt response!


Unfortunately, linking the entity to our office RAM account never happened/occurred. We lodged a paper lodgement back last year and still not link to our account. I tried calling ATO before but it never got sorted.


Is there anyway you can assist me of checking the status of this lodgement?


Additionally, how can I update the details online if the entity/Body Corporate is not link to our Public officer's RAM account?

Hi @Janpohl,


You'll need to talk to us to check the status of the update.


Once the public officer has been updated, they'll be what's called the principal authority and will be able to link their digital identity to RAM. Once this is done, they can add other people to have access.
