cant login into ato failing in digital identity verification. Trying to link ATO to my gov using digital identity and after providing bank and super details for verification it is ending up with error not enough digital identity strength

Are you getting an error number such as A938.02? If so, try logging out of your myGovID app and log back in. Be careful not to delete the app. Once you've done this, close all your browsers on your computer, clear your cache and cookies. Open a new web browser rather than a favourite for example and try again to link your myGovID to your myGov account.
If I'm completely off track, let us know the error code you're getting as we're keen to help.
