To link your business online, it is done through relationship authorisation manager (RAM) website not in your MyGovID app.
You will use your MyGovID to log in to RAM.
Check out the relationship authorisation manager webpage that provides step by step instructions how to link your business online.
Once linked you will be able to access on the business portal.
