ATO suggests I was paid 13,553 into my super account from my employer, however, my superfund suggests it received 11,560. im inclined to believe the info from the ATO. superfund has been rather unhelpful when i brought it up to them. any suggestions?

That is strange!
It may be that the information in myGov not being updated yet. Superfunds don't report updated figures to us that frequently - often it only happens once a year. This may be why your account states a different balance.
We usually recommend contacting your super fund directly to obtain accurate balances.
