Hi,

ATO pre-fills dividends and interest. What, if any, crypto transactions do they pre-fill?

I'm considering using Binance Earn (which is similar to staking), but I'm not sure it's worth it if my accountant would have to manually input the small amount of rewards I would receive.

Thanks very much,

Mitch

Hi Mitch,

As far as I have seen the ATO prefill report will only provide information on crypto sold. Any income from the crypto will not be prefilled. There are a few apps that you can subscribe to in order to produce reports for your accountant. Some have automatic feeds and will give you an annual tax report, such as Koinly. Do a bit of research and see what works for you.
