I have been trying to call since mid Dec to obtain a unique linking code for MyGov. Everytime I call I get a message saying you have a larger volume of calls and are not answering. Is there another way to get a code?

We can only provide linking codes over the phone so we can identify you to make sure it's you. As @YEP has said, it's less busy when we open at 8am in your state.
This is not a suitable solution. You should be able to handle the volume of calls you forecast or find alternative methods to do this.
